“ Jan Jan Jan” ရာမန် (Ramen) ခေါက်ဆွဲကို စတင်တည်ထောင်သူ “ ကူဆန်းပန်းနန် ” သည် ၁၉၈၂ခုနှစ်တွင်တိုကျို နရီမကူး (Nerima-Ku) အရပ်၌ “ ကူရွမ်ဆိုင် ” ကိုစတင်ဖွင့်လှစ်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ နှစ်ပေါင်းများစွာ ဒေသအသီးသီးသို့လှည့်လှည်ပြီး သင်ယူရရှိခဲ့သည့်နည်းများဖြင့် ရှားပါးသော အရသာရှိသည့် ရာမန် (Ramen) ခေါက်ဆွဲ (၃)မျိုးကို ရောင်းချခဲ့ပါသည်။ ကျူးရှူးဝက်ရိုးရာမန်ခေါက်ဆွဲ ၊ တိုကျိုပဲ ငံပြာရည်ရာမန်ခေါက်ဆွဲ ၊ ဆပိုလိုမီဆို (Miso) ရာမန်ခေါက်ဆွဲတို့ကို

“ Jan Jan Jan ” (ရှားပါးသော အရသာရှိသည့်) ရာမန် (Ramen) ခေါက်ဆွဲဆိုင်ဟုဆိုကာ အမည်ပေးခဲ့ပါသည်။
The founder of the “Jan Jan Jan” ramen, Kusanbanan, launched the " Kuruan Shop" in Nerima-Ku, Tokyo, in 1982.After many years of learning at different regions, (3) types of rare tasty ramen were created. Traditional Kyushu pork bone ramen, Tokyo Soybean ramen, Sapporo Miso ramen are sold at nationwide outlets. The name of the shop was based on these three rare tasty ramen as, “Jan Jan Jan”, rare and tasty ramen shop.
